To achieve the best results from your scans, it is important to consider the following:
Light correction: The image should not be overexposed or underexposed. Glare can affect the accuracy of the scan.
Resolution: A full HD resolution is recommended to provide the scanner with the most detailed information.
Angle: A camera with a non-wide-angle lens will help prevent image warping.
At the time of writing, the LOGITECH C920 HD Pro webcam is the recommended camera for use with Vinylscanner.
