I automatically get logged out. Why?

To ensure that users do not exceed the limits of their plan, it is only possible to be logged in on one device at a time. If you are attempting to use multiple devices simultaneously, one device will automatically log out the other. If you are sharing your account with someone else, you may also be logged out when the other person logs in.

If you are not using multiple devices and still experiencing being logged out, try clearing your cookies. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for personalized assistance.
